Why not free to Hawaii?
Due to the unique geographical location of Hawaii, which is far from the U.S. mainland, shipping costs are significantly higher compared to other states. Deliveries to Hawaii require either air or sea transport, which naturally increases logistics costs. In addition, associated taxes, fuel surcharges, and extended handling and delivery times are factors that we must consider. The additional shipping fee helps to cover these extra transportation costs, ensuring that your order can be delivered on time and safely.

Damaged Product
In the event that a customer receives a damaged product, our default procedure is to arrange for a replacement to be sent to the customer. Return Policy & Refund Policy
Our policy lasts 30 days.Customer need to send email to info@w2bodykits.com in 30 days of item delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Please inspect the product upon receipt. If you find any damage or receive the wrong item, please do not install it. Notify us within 3 days of receiving the product, and we will arrange a quick and free replacement.
RETURN/EXCHANGE CONDITIONS
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
- Return is not accepted when damage is caused by unauthorized maintaining, misusing, collision, negligence, abuse etc.

CANCELLATION
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order and request a refund before the product is shipped. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 5% will be applied to cover payment processing charges.
Why? Due to credit card company policies when place an order, the merchant processing fees are charged to us regardless of whether the order is canceled at a later time. Since that our average order values are in the hundreds of dollars, we cannot afford to lose much of on a transaction amount because customers change their mind.It also encourages fraudulent purchases from competitors who have tried to take advantage of this in the past. We will make all reasonable attempts to provide a fair and equitable resolution but we just cannot spend 4-6% of the purchase on customers who change their mind. HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?

Return package without authorization by W2bodykits is not acceptable, no replacement or refund will be provided for unauthorized return. Thank you for your understanding!

Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.
REFUND POLICY
W2bodykits issue refund to customer account by original method of payment. If customer paid by PayPal, w2bodykits will refund to original PayPal Account.
If you have placed a order and the item had been shipped and want to cancel your item there will be a 10% restock fee.

Warranty
w2bodykits Warranty Terms & Conditions:
w2bodykits will guarantee products for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. Warranty will be valid once the order is Fulfilled. Warranty only applies if the product was purchased from w2bodykits or through authorized retailer. product warranties are non-transferrable and do not include service charges, shipment or any additional requests for reimbursement. Product warranty is voided if any modifications are made to the w2bodykits product. Typical wear and tear on products is not covered under the warranty. Warranty does not cover products that have been improperly installed or products that have been damaged by abuse or improper care. All warranty claims that do not conform with the above warranty guidelines will be reviewed on a case by case basis and a final determination will be made by w2bodykits.
