CANCELLATION

HOW TO RETURN AN ITEM OR AN ENTIRE ORDER?
Step 1: Please contact our Customer service team（info@w2bodykits.com）to start the return process with the following information:
Return package without authorization by W2bodykits is not acceptable, no replacement or refund will be provided for unauthorized return. Thank you for your understanding!

Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.
REFUND POLICY
W2bodykits issue refund to customer account by original method of payment. If customer paid by PayPal, W2bodykits will refund to original PayPal Account.
If you have placed a order and the item had been shipped and want to cancel your item there will be a 10% restock fee.
Once your package reaches us, please allow 1-2 business days for your return to be processed.
Once the damage issue is confirmed, refund will be processed by w2bodykits

Warranty time?
1. After you purchase the product, within 1 year, we can provide free warranty for your product. If it exceeds 1 year, we will charge a fee for the related warranty.
What is covered by the warranty?
During the warranty period, if the original manufacturing material or workmanship of the product is deemed defective, W2bodykits will replace it with the same or similar product free of charge. If the product and/or parts need to be repaired after the warranty period expires, you must pay all labor and parts costs. If you sell or otherwise transfer the product, the warranty will end.

Hi.. love your bumper lip for the Tesla Model Y and interested to purchase. However, it looks like this just sticks in the car with a 3M tape. My installer tells me that it is not a good idea to hold this just with tape as this will lose adhesive and peel off over time. Just wanted to check and see if this is really an issue ?
This product is installed with 3M tape and the original car snap, which will make the product more stable, the installation of this product does not require drilling in the vehicle.
