Our policy lasts 30 days.Customer need to send email to info@w2bodykits.com in 30 days of item delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Step 3: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.

When returning items, please ensure that only one product is placed in each box. Please understand that automotive accessories are classified as large and special items, especially those with glossy black finishes. If multiple items are returned together in the same package, it may cause friction and scratches on the surface. w2bodykits will guarantee products for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. Warranty will be valid once the order is Fulfilled.
