Our policy lasts 30 days.Customer need to send email to info@w2bodykits.com in 30 days of item delivered. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

CANCELLATION

Step 3: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.

When returning items, please ensure that only one product is placed in each box. If multiple items are returned together in the same package, it may cause friction and scratches on the surface. w2bodykits will guarantee products for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. Warranty will be valid once the order is Fulfilled. Warranty only applies if the product was purchased from w2bodykits or through authorized retailer. product warranties are non-transferrable and do not include service charges, shipment or any additional requests for reimbursement.
