CANCELLATION
We understand that circumstances may arise where you need to cancel an order and request a refund before the product is shipped. However, please note that a cancellation fee of 5% will be applied to cover payment processing charges.
Why? Due to credit card company policies when place an order, the merchant processing fees are charged to us regardless of whether the order is canceled at a later time. Since that our average order values are in the hundreds of dollars, we cannot afford to lose much of on a transaction amount because customers change their mind.It also encourages fraudulent purchases from competitors who have tried to take advantage of this in the past. We will make all reasonable attempts to provide a fair and equitable resolution but we just cannot spend 4-6% of the purchase on customers who change their mind. Return package without authorization by W2bodykits is not acceptable, no replacement or refund will be provided for unauthorized return. Thank you for your understanding!

Step 2: Insert your receipt, along with the items, back into the original packaging.
Step 3: Turn package over to the courier, after the courier has checked the return shipment, please close the package securely.
REFUND POLICY
W2bodykits issue refund to customer account by original method of payment. If customer paid by PayPal, w2bodykits will refund to original PayPal Account.
If you have placed a order and the item had been shipped and want to cancel your item there will be a 10% restock fee.

w2bodykits will guarantee products for a period of 1-year from the date of purchase. Warranty will be valid once the order is Fulfilled. Warranty only applies if the product was purchased from w2bodykits or through authorized retailer. product warranties are non-transferrable and do not include service charges, shipment or any additional requests for reimbursement. Product warranty is voided if any modifications are made to the w2bodykits product. Typical wear and tear on products is not covered under the warranty. Warranty does not cover products that have been improperly installed or products that have been damaged by abuse or improper care. All warranty claims that do not conform with the above warranty guidelines will be reviewed on a case by case basis and a final determination will be made by w2bodykits.

Easy to install and looks great. Adds that finishing touch to help differentiate your Tesla from the myriad of others on the road. Fit and finish are excellent. Ground clearance is minimally reduced by about an inch.

I'm always looking for ways to make my Model 3 standout from the sea of other Model 3s out there. I came across this unique front lip and decided to give it a try. I was worried it might be a little too much, but in the end I liked the sporty look it gives the car. I really like how it covers the existing bottom lip, unlike many others out there that just add on below it. It breaks up that "deodorant stick" look the front end has. Shipping was just a few days to the east cost. 5 stars for the look, fit, and low cost.
Installation is straight forward and took only about 20 minutes. The lip has excellent fit. Unfortunately, my shipment did not have any screws or clips. I was able to buy some third-party ones to complete the job. W2 Body Kits customer service was responsive and helpful in getting to a resolution for the missing parts.
We'll see how it holds up long term. I don't expect a miracle at this price point. I added additional 3M body tape to ensure it stays put. Time will tell. :)

Makes my car look so much better, wish they had matte black but even so it looks amazing.
I purchased this part some time ago, and I recently got around to installing it. The fit is excellent, and it enhances the overall appearance significantly. Although I considered investing in authentic carbon fiber components, the price was hard to justify. Luckily, this front spoiler came at an affordable price point. One aspect I particularly appreciate is that it's designed to utilize the original bumper clips. However, I did encounter an issue with a few of the new clips not holding securely. Fortunately, I had a diverse collection of clips from another project, which allowed me to make replacements. Given the abundance of Teslas in my area, my car's uniqueness stands out more prominently thanks to this addition.
