How do I check the status of my order?
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us with a tracking number. You can also track your package through our Tracking My Order page or via 17track.net.
What if I entered an incorrect address?
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. W2bodykits is not responsible for delivery issues caused by an incorrect address provided by the customer.
What if my package has not arrived?
If your package has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please contact us at info@w2bodykits.com. We will help check the order status with the carrier.
W2bodykits is not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being marked as delivered by the carrier.
Customs and import taxes
Trade agreements vary between countries. Duties, taxes, and brokerage fees applicable to the importation of W2bodykits products are the responsibility of the customer.
What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
If you receive a damaged product, our default procedure is to arrange a replacement. If you prefer a refund instead, please contact us promptly by email.
